Nested Folders to Beta

We have released the nested folders feature to the Agent Beta Team. Along with tabbed windows, nested folders give you full control over how to view, organize, and archive your Agent data.

With nested folders you can organize your folders pane to fit any requirement:

• Continue to use your current desks. Nested folders mesh seamlessly with Agent’s desks.
• Drag and drop folders anywhere in the folder hierarchy.
• Quickly find folders using auto-complete.
• Move, copy, import, and route messages to any folder at any depth of nesting.
• Unread counts roll up from nested folders to top-level folders whenever a folder is collapsed.
